Driving from Chicagoland to the Phoenix area for the first time, I ran into this guy in Oklahoma. It was cute how he approached with his head slightly down. I heard that when a horse does that, it means that it wants to get to know you, or is curious about you.

Driving back from Tortilla Flats, a town that claims to have 6 full-time residence. Tortilla Flats in nestled in the Superstition Mountains that are located east of Phoenix, AZ. The road twists and turns sharply.

This is an underground bar on the island of Mallorca. It is situated before entering a cave tour on the island. I visited the Spanish island in October of 2006. My one relative has a place there.

Back in the 1980’s or so, when I was a teenager I went to Bachelor’s Grove cemetery at night with a group of 30 other teens. We were hoping to see some of the mysterious and supernatural events that were said to be observed by people who visit at night. Thing’s like when looking at a tombstone, the numbers would change, or the mysterious “house in the woods” that appeared and disappeared as you moved towards it.

This is a tombstone of an infant girl, and it is said to be good luck if you leave something behind on her grave. All these “super natural” events never happened when I visited at night back in the late 1980’s. This place has always been vandalized by youths since I can remember.

I visited Bachelor’s Grove a few years ago. Basically it is rumored to be a haunted cemetery. I went there at night as a teenager back in the 80’s with a large group of other teens. This is a sign that is painted on a nearby walking path.
