I took my cousin from Germany to the “Steel City” truckstop in Gary, Indiana to take a few photos of American Semi Trucks for a friend of her’s. Me being American born, and having driven across the US a few times, I have always been familiar with the site of these types of trucks. I took the liberty to take an abstract and close up photo of a Peterbilt. I love the open road, and maybe one day I will get a job that allows me to drive across country again.
